To use our PKxSpanse remote computer training, students log-in to both GoToMyPC and Live Meeting at the designated start time for the training course. They can then participate in a live, instructor led training course. One week prior to the start of each computer training course, Premier Knowledge Solutions will send each student the relevant courseware manuals; we do strongly suggest that students have access to a microphone and speakers or a headset.
During our remote computer training courses, students can interact with the instructor resulting in an active, engaging learning experience. Students are encouraged to use their headset as a means to ask questions, discuss classroom topics, and participate in the course as a whole. During this computer training, participants receive a natural classroom experience as they can see and hear the instructor in real time. Therefore, our certified instructors are able to answer questions, provide demonstrations, display PowerPoint presentations, and facilitate labs during our PKxSpanse computer training courses.

Things to consider when taking a PKxSpanse Course:
Please Participate: Question: What is as boring as watching paint dry? Answer: An online class where students do not actively participate. Online classes are collective efforts. Share your thoughts and questions and hopefully others will do the same. If you do, taking an online class can be a lot of fun and you will learn a lot more in the process.
